The goal of our team is to empower and strengthen every member, leader, and small to be able to express themselves by sharing who God has made them.  We accomplish our goal by helping people reach four mile markers along the serving with significance pathway. 

First is deciding to serve -- this is when people move from spectator to participator by starting to serve in a ministry. 

Once here, they are encouraged to move to mile marker #2, which is discovering your SHAPE --- this is where people attend CLASS 301 and start to learn about ministry and how God has SHAPE'd them to serve Him. 

As members pass this mile marker they are encouraged to start developing their service locally, which is the third marker, by serving in regular ministry that best expresses their SHAPE. 

The last mile marker is directing your SHAPE globally --- this is when members start to see how they can use what God has given them wherever He wants them to serve.
