Irene & Chuck Jones-Discipleship/Small Groups Ministry: Chuck and Irene have been married for eleven years and have been involved in small groups ministries together for over a decade. Chuck is an ordained minister and graduate of Eastern Baptist Theological Seminary. He is employed by the NJ Division of Youth and Family Services as a local office manager. Irene is a graduate of the Restaurant School of Philadelphia and works as an account manager for an insurance brokerage. They love cooking (Chuck likes the eating part better!), gardening and travel. Chuck and Irene sincerely believe that the church is to "go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit."

Tommy Allen-Worship Leader: Born and raised a “Piney“, Tommy Allen fits right in at PCC. He joined our staff as Worship Leader in April 2007, bringing many years of musical and technical experience to the Worship Team. He has been an IBEW Local 400 member for twenty years. Tommy's wife of twelve years, Jane, daughters Rachel, Lena and son Tommy Jr., join him traveling, bringing praise and worship music to churches and fellowships around the North East, USA, as well as joining him Sunday mornings on Pinelands Worship Team. The Allen's make their home in New Gretna, NJ and enjoy raising Chesapeake Bay Retrievers, singing together in harmony and watching baseball and NASCAR.

Jim & Linda Pandolph-Fellowship Ministry: Jim & Linda Pandolph have been married for 12 years. Jim has worked for Coca Cola for 29 years and has served as an Elder at Pinelands for the past four years. Linda worked for Canon USA as an Administrative Assistant for 13 years, but stepped down from that role and now works in partnership with Jim as our Fellowship Coach. Jim and Linda have a passion for making visitors feel welcome and connected. They both love to relax with friends and enjoy spending time together. They have one son, Jason , 27, who resides in Virginia.
Chuck Miller-Worship Leader: Locally famous for his expertise on both drums and guitar, Chuck Miller became a believer in Christ at Pinelands Grand Opening Service in Sept. 1999. Exactly three weeks later he became our worship leader and has continued in that role ever since. Pinelands Church worship band is second to none, thanks in large part to Chuck's leadership. For his "other job" Chuck teaches drama at Pinelands High School. Chuck loves music and drama, and his favorite TV show is "24." He and his wife Bethany (who is also a teacher), have two children - Chad and Paige.
