Steve & Holly Ryan-Discipleship/Small Groups Ministry: Steven and Holly have lived in the Tuckerton area for past 9 years and have been active with Pinelands Community Church for the past 8 years. They have 3 girls- Melissa who attends Montclair State University, Maddie and Meghan (Junior and Sophomore) who are in high school. Steven and Holly have been working in the banking industry for over 20 years!  Holly and Steven enjoy getting together with friends and family, whether it's going to the beach, camping, kayaking, or just having a simple dinner and they believe that meeting during the week for Small Groups is a great way to learns God Word and to develop friendships with others!

Donna Dorrick - Church Secretary: "It's a job with a good deal of diversity and never gets old." says Donna about her responsibilities as our church secretary. Donna has lived in Ocean County with her husband Ed since 1976. Together they have raised their children, Sarah who lives in Florida with her family and Stephen who lives in Manahawkin with his bride Kathleen. Ed & Donna have attended Pinelands for five years and they most enjoy opening their home to guests on a regular basis. When Donna's not in the office she likes to sew, knit, cook, bake and spend time with family and friends

Steven Rivera-Worship Ministry: Steve has been attending Pinelands Community Church with his parents and his two brothers since the church first opened in 1999. His first real involvement with ministry began with the operating of the powerpoint slides you see during the worship service.  He began playing guitar in 2005 and started playing with the worship band in mid-2006. In the summer of 2009, Steve began leading a small worship service at weekly small group meetings, and by the end of the summer Steve was leading his first Sunday worship service at Pinelands Community Church.  Steve credits his mother, Lisa Rivera, for making sure he was at church every single Sunday of his life and for being part of the inspiration that led him into the music ministry.  Outside of church, Steve is a certified nursing assistant at Seacrest Village Nursing & Rehabilitation and is pursuing a bachelor's degree in biology at the Richard Stockton College of New Jersey.

Meet Our Staff

Frank & Debbie Marchesano - Communication Ministry: Frank and Debbie have been attending Pinelands for four years. They have resided in Little Egg Harbor for 25 years and have recently celebrated their 30th wedding anniversary. Their two children Nicole, 23 and Jon, 21 both live out of state. Jon attends college in Pennsylvania and will be graduating this May. Nicole just relocated and started a new job in  Washington DC.  Frank teaches pastry and cake decorating to high school students, but also has a background in photography and Debbie is a retired graphic artist. They're joint talents make them a perfect match for this ministry.
