Class, 201 Discipleship: The second Class, 201 Discipleship, focuses on the four basic habits every Christian needs to grow to spiritual maturity: Time in God's Word, Prayer, Giving and Fellowship. Dinner is provided and childcare (birth through age 11) is available by calling the church office at (609) 812-0073.

Small Groups: There are many reasons why you should be a part of a small groups, but probably the most important - small groups provide excellent support in times of crisis, change, and stress. You'll have a sense of stability and security knowing there are people who really care for you and are committed to standing with you.

When someone loses a job, or a family member has an extended illness, or a mother needs a babysitter - these are practical needs that will be naturally taken care of through your small group. Your group will coordinate the sharing of hot meals to be brought in when your family is in need. Many people in our church could testify that they would not have made it through a difficult time if it hadn't been for the support of their group.
At Pinelands, we believe that Small Groups are just as much "church" as our Sunday service. So if you are not a part of a small group, you are missing "church."

Quiet Times: What is a Quiet Time? Every relationship takes time to develop. You have to spend time with someone to take that relationship deeper. It’s no different with our relationship with the Lord. We need to spend time with Him.

There is just no other way. That’s why we encourage every believer to develop the habit of a daily time with God. As simply as I know how to put it, a quiet time is time alone with Lord. If we do not spend time cultivating that one-on-one relationship with Him, we will eventually feel spiritually disconnected from Him, out of touch, restless, dissatisfied and unfulfilled. After a while we will begin drifting away and no longer be influenced by His presence in our lives.
